Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from Gloviwa. This page explains when you can return an item, how to do it, and how refunds work. It works alongside our Shipping Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

Our return window

You can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To be accepted, an item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Keep your order number or receipt, since we need it to process your return.

A note on hygiene

Makeup is a personal care product. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless they arrived damaged or faulty. This keeps every product safe for every customer. We know this is stricter than returns for some other products, and we set it this way to protect your health.

Items that cannot be returned

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. These include opened or used makeup, items marked as final sale or clearance, gift cards, and free gifts. If an item is final sale, we note it clearly on the product page before you buy.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@gloviwa.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back. We will confirm that your item qualifies, then send you simple steps and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, faulty, or wrong. We provide a prepaid return label. We suggest using a tracked service, since we cannot refund an item we do not receive. Original shipping charges are [non-refundable, unless the return is our error.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we check it within 3 business days. If it is approved, we refund you to your original payment method. The refund usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. We will email you when your refund is on its way. If a return does not meet this policy, we will contact you before sending it back to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item or shade, please return the original following this policy and place a new order. To exchange an item, email us and we will help you arrange it.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, email us at hello@gloviwa.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a few photos. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid, and you will not be charged for return shipping in these cases.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received an approved refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your card provider, since processing can take a few days on their side. If you have done this and still have not received it, email us at hello@gloviwa.com and we will help.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. If it has not shipped yet, we will do our best to cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return process above.
