Orders and shipping

Where do you ship from, and do you ship across the United States?

We ship from the USA and deliver nationwide. Every order is packed and sent from our US warehouse.

How long will my order take?

Most orders leave within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery then takes about 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We move fast, so email us as soon as you can at hello@gloviwa.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update or cancel it.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we serve globally.

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened makeup can only be returned if it arrived damaged or faulty. Full details are on our Return and Refund Policy page.

How do I start a return?

Email hello@gloviwa.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you simple steps and where to send the item.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and check your return, we process the refund to your original payment method. It usually appears within 5 to 10 business days.

Products and shades

How do I choose the right shade?

Every color option shows a real swatch on the product page. Check the swatch and the photos, and read the short notes on how it wears. Still unsure? Message us and we will help you pick.

Where can I find the ingredients?

Ingredients are listed on each product page. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, email us first and we will check for you.

Payment and help

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Crypto, Cashapp, Venmo, and PayPal. Your payment is processed securely at checkout.
