Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Gloviwa. This page explains how and when we ship your order, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong. It works alongside our Terms and Conditions and our Return and Refund Policy.

Where we ship

We ship from the USA and deliver across the United States. Every order is packed and sent from our US warehouse. And we serve globally.

Order processing time

Most orders are packed and sent within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are [Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays]. During sales or busy periods, packing may take a little longer, and we will note this on the site if it does. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Once your order ships, standard delivery usually takes about 3 to 5 business days, depending on where you are. If you offer faster options, add: Expedited delivery takes about 1 to 2 business days. These are estimates from our carrier, not guarantees, since delivery is handled by the shipping company once your parcel leaves us.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking link. You can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder, then contact us and we will resend it.

Delivery delays

Sometimes a parcel is delayed by the carrier, the weather, or a busy season. We are sorry when that happens. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the estimated date, email us at hello@gloviwa.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. A reshipping fee may apply.

Lost or stolen parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your parcel, first check with your household and neighbors, and look around your delivery area. If it still does not turn up, contact us within [X days] and we will help you open a claim with the carrier and find a fair solution.

Damaged in transit

We pack every order with care. If your order arrives damaged, email us at hello@gloviwa.com within [X days] of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the damage. We will make it right. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for how damaged items are handled.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by your local customs office. These are set by your country and are your responsibility.
